About
The form you repeat daily.
Kata (n.) — the form you repeat daily until it's yours.
Kata turns a daily photo check-in into a record you can't argue with. The alarm gets you up, the streak keeps you honest, and over time your before/after transformation writes itself — proof, not promises. (Placeholder copy — replace with the real story.)
Why we built it
Motivation fades. Systems don't. We wanted the simplest possible loop — show up, snap one photo, watch it stack — that makes discipline visible and, eventually, undeniable.
What we believe
Confidence isn't a feeling — it's a record. Small daily reps beat heroic bursts. And the best proof of who you're becoming is the one you build yourself, one day at a time.
